Haven Privacy Policy

1. Summary

Haven is designed to work primarily on your device. You do not need to create an account to use the core design tools. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information stored on your device

Design projects, measurements, room layouts, finishes, furniture placements, and preference settings are stored locally on your device (including app storage and similar on-device persistence). This data stays on your device unless you choose to share it through your device’s own share/export features.

3. Purchases (Apple / Google)

In-app purchases (such as Ad-free and Premium) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by AEGS directly. Apple or Google may collect payment and account information under their own privacy policies. We receive purchase status (for example, whether you own Ad-free or Premium) so the App can unlock features. We do not receive your full payment card details.

4. Advertising

If you use the free tier, the App may show full-screen advertisements through Google AdMob (and related Google advertising services). Ad networks may collect device identifiers, IP address, coarse location, interaction data, and similar technical data to deliver and measure ads. Ad-free and Premium purchases remove ads in the App. On iOS, personalized ads may require your permission under App Tracking Transparency. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.

5. Network features

Optional features such as downloading Premium template packs require an internet connection and may contact our content hosts (for example object storage). Those requests typically include technical data such as device/app version and download identifiers necessary to deliver the pack. Core design tools are intended to work offline after install for free bundled content.

6. Analytics and crash data

We may receive limited diagnostic or crash information from Apple, Google, or similar platform tooling when you use store builds. We use this to fix bugs and improve stability. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you beyond what ad partners described above may do on the free tier.

7. Children

Haven is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your choices

You may:

• Use the App without purchases.
• Buy Ad-free or Premium to remove ads and unlock paid features.
• Restore purchases via the App Store / Play account that bought them.
• Delete the App to remove local project data from that device.
• Adjust tracking and ad preferences in iOS/Android settings.

9. International users

If you use the App outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where Apple, Google, or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted in an app update or on https://arkaequinoxgs.com/.
